By accessing or using TBuddy (the "Service") at teslabuddy.co or via @TeslaBuddy_Bot on Telegram, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

TBuddy is an AI chat interface that allows you to control your Tesla vehicle through natural language. The Service sends commands to your vehicle on your behalf using your Tesla account credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner or authorized user of a Tesla vehicle with an active Tesla account to use the Service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring you have authority to control any vehicle connected
• Any consequences of commands sent through the Service

4. Vehicle Operation Risks

Important: The Service allows you to control vehicle functions including locks, climate, charging, and driver-assist features. Misuse could result in:

• Vehicle theft or unauthorized access (e.g., unlock)
• Battery drain (e.g., climate left on)
• Safety incidents (e.g., commands issued while driving)
• Damage to the vehicle or property

You assume all risk for commands sent. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is in a safe state (parked, secured) before issuing commands.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Control vehicles you do not own or have authority over
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code
• Abuse rate limits or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or interfere with others
• Resell or commercialize the Service without permission

6. AI-Generated Responses

The Service uses AI (MiniMax-M3) to interpret your messages. AI responses may be inaccurate. You acknowledge that:

• AI may misunderstand your intent and send unexpected commands
• We may require explicit confirmation for dangerous commands (unlock, honk, trunk, sentry-off) to mitigate this
• You should always verify critical actions before they occur

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. Tesla API outages, LLM provider issues, and other factors may cause the Service to be temporarily unavailable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TBuddy and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Vehicle damage, theft, or unauthorized access
• Loss of data or privacy
• Service interruptions or errors
• Actions taken based on AI-generated responses

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate at any time by disconnecting your accounts and stopping use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the Service. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TBuddy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
